Watershed Virtual Walking Tour
Watershed 6 is the focus of our walking tour. As the "biogeochemical reference" watershed for the Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest, the biology and water chemistry of watershed 6 are used as a comparison for the treated watersheds. It represents "untouched" 80-year-old second growth forest, and human access is limited.
